The Social Security Board invites qualified and professional applicants to apply for the post of Imaging-Facilities Clerk .
This position assists in the timely and accurate imaging and filing of VISSB documents, as well as maintaining the data on the computer system.
Major Responsibilities
- Scans and files all relevant documents and records of the VISSB.
- Performs data entry in reinstating files when necessary.
- Archives all records.
- Processes and tracks archived files and copy requests.
- Perform all messenger duties including banking in the absence of messenger.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements of the position:
A) Education
High School Degree
PLUS
One (1) Years in related field
B) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
