Joe’s Hill Manor Ltd. Unveils Plans for a New Green Space
Joe’s Hill Manor Ltd. and the Social Security Board (SSB), announce the development of a new landscaped green space at the entrance of Joe’s Hill Manor Estate (JHME).
The announcement follows a period of notable progress at JHME, highlighted by recent property sales and the signing of four new sales and purchase agreements.
The new landscaped area will feature shaded seating, pedestrian pathways, greenery, and open areas intended for relaxation and small gatherings among residents. Accessibility has been prioritized, with sidewalks and crosswalks that support safe navigation for seniors, children and residents with mobility needs.
Managing Director of the Social Security Board, Ms. Lorie Freeman, noted that: “This green space has been part of our vision for Joe’s Hill Manor from the very beginning. Now that the community is growing, it feels like an opportune time to begin this phase of development. Recent sales and the increase in prospective buyers give us the confidence to keep improving the Estate.”
Joe’s Hill Manor Ltd. has continued to strengthen the infrastructure of the Estate including upgrades to roads, drainage systems and access points; ensuring the Estate remains resilient and well-positioned. While the new green space supports the growth of JHME, it also contributes to enhancing the landscape of Long Bush through thoughtful, sustainable design. Construction of the green space is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
